Medium to very coarse sand and coarse gravel, with cobbles, boulders and blocks. Local loam or clay, especially at the top, coarse sand lenses.

Fluvial (eastern Meuse).

Sharp contact with various Neogene, Paleogene, Cretaceous and Paleozoic units.
Definitie bovengrens
Locally exposed at the surface. Commonly, sharp contact with periglacial aeolian and local river loam and sand (Boxtel Formation). Locally incised by Crapoel Member (Beegden Formation).

Up to about 10 m.
