Lithological description
Grades from argillaceous limestone at the base into crystalline dolomite at the top. Contains variable amounts of anhydrite.
Depositional setting
Basinal and slope deposits. The platform facies is represented by the Z1 Fringe Carbonate Member and Z1 Lower Claystone Member.

Mostly gradational.
